In June 2015, the Forum Regional Security Committee of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat considered a research report entitled “Promoting Human Security and Minimising Conflict Associated with Forced Migration in the Pacific Region”, which is the result of the UNU Migration Network´s Pacific research project. The report is now being circulated among all members, who have been invited to share their comments by the 21st of September. A policy brief resulting from the research is also available.
