This project involved the mid-term evaluation of an ILO Technical Cooperation project: Promoting Decent Work Across Borders: A Pilot Project for Migrant Health Professionals and Skilled Workers. The objectives of the mid-term evaluation were to:

a) Determine the extent to which the outcomes of the project are being achieved

b) Obtain feedback from the national partners on what is working, what is not and why;

c) Provide suggestions, recommendations to better target the next steps
