Dr. Koko Warner is the Head of the Environmental Migration, Social Vulnerability and Adaptation Section at UNU-EHS. Previously she worked at IIASA, and the Swiss Federal Institute for Snow and Avalanche Research (SLF) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). Warner studied development and environmental economics at George Washington University, and the University of Vienna where she received her PhD in economics as Fulbright Scholar.
